At Kitchener Primary School we want every child to reach their full potential. The staff, working in partnership with our children and their parents, have collaborated to achieve this.
We recognise that a child’s self esteem can have a big influence on their academic, emotional and social development. For this reason we were pleased to be involved this year in the Pyramid Club scheme.
The volunteers who have worked with our children have helped raise their self esteem through fun, collaborative activities. Everyone particularly enjoyed the fire engine in our yard! Each session started with a communal healthy snack- being part of the group, like being part of a family, has encouraged team work.
A big “Thank You” to those who have helped establish this club in our school. Their commitment and enthusiasm has been appreciated. Long may this new friendship continue.
