Calon Hapus After School Club
Following feedback from parents and carers, we are pleased to offer a wraparound After School Club for children at Kitchener Primary School.
Calon Hapus After School Club runs from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, for children in Years 2 to 6.
The club provides a safe, caring and enjoyable environment where children can relax after the school day and take part in a range of indoor and outdoor activities. A healthy snack is also provided.
This provision is available for families who may have work or family commitments, or for parents and carers who would benefit from additional time at home.

Free Taster Session
We are offering a free taster session for families who would like to learn more about Calon Hapus.
Thursday 3 July 2025
3:00pm – 4:00pm
Please inform the school office if you would like your child to attend, as places will need to be recorded on the register.
Parents and carers are welcome to join the session from 3:40pm to see what Calon Hapus has to offer.
Fees
We have worked hard to keep costs as fair and affordable as possible for our families.
- £6 per day per child (approximately £3 per hour)
- £20 per week per child (approximately £2.50 per hour)
For comparison, local after school provision typically charges higher daily rates.
Booking for September
If you would like your child to attend Calon Hapus from September, booking forms will be available to collect from the school office following the taster session.
A £25 deposit per child will be required to secure a place.
