Visiting Our School

Visiting Our School

We welcome visitors to Kitchener Primary School and are committed to providing a safe, calm and welcoming environment for everyone who comes onto our site.

To help us maintain the safety and wellbeing of our pupils, we ask all visitors to follow the guidance below when visiting the school.

Arriving at School

All visitors should enter the school via the main entrance on Railway Terrace. On arrival, please report to the school office where a member of staff will assist you.

Visitors will be asked to sign in and will be issued with a visitor badge, which must be worn at all times while on the school premises.

During Your Visit

For the safety of all pupils, visitors are asked to remain with a member of staff at all times unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you are visiting for a meeting or appointment, a member of staff will meet you at reception and accompany you to the appropriate area of the school.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding the wellbeing of our pupils is our highest priority. All visitors are expected to follow the school’s safeguarding procedures while on site. If you have any concerns during your visit, please speak to a member of staff immediately.

Leaving the School

When leaving, please return to the school office to sign out and hand in your visitor badge. This helps us maintain accurate records and ensure the safety of everyone on site.

Thank You

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our school a safe, welcoming and positive environment for all members of our community.
